PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Concrete Floor Repair
Solvent-free, three-component epoxy resin-based mortar. Repairs and reinforces industrial floors subjected to heavy mechanical or chemical wear.
Can repair surface defects up to 15 mm thick. Complies with the guidelines of the “Guide to Good Hygiene Practices in the Wine Industry.” Complies with the requirements of “Regulation No. 852/2004 of April 29, 2004” regarding food hygiene.
Repair, protection, and decoration of high-traffic indoor floors.
Repair of drainage channels. Installation of grooved baseboards.
Recommended for loading docks, parking lots, garages, warehouses, and industrial floors.
Compact, waterproof, and dust-resistant finish.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE (See FT - Attached Documents): Repairing Concrete Floors
Substrate Preparation: Before application, surfaces must be properly prepared to ensure they are sound, dry, and clean, in accordance with DTU 59.3. Holes to be filled must be free of dust and dry.
Application conditions: Air temperature between 10°C and 30°C - Substrate temperature between 10°C and 30°C and always at least 3°C above the dew point – Relative humidity below 85%.
Mixing instructions: A DEPRO SOLFIX COLOR 15 VITI kit contains three components to be mixed according to the following instructions:
Pour the entire contents of the hardener container (Part B) into the base container (Part A), and mix thoroughly using a low-speed electric mixer.
Pour the resulting mixture into the large bucket, then gradually incorporate the aggregates while mixing everything at low speed.
Do not split the kits; do not change the proportions. Base = 1.303 kg | Hardener = 0.237 kg | Aggregates = 8.460 kg
Application: Pour the mixture into the holes to be repaired, then smooth it out using a trowel. Pot life after mixing: 25 minutes.
Clean equipment using DILUANT CHOC. Clean tools outside the winery buildings.
Drying at 20°C – 1 cm thickness: Foot traffic: 24 hours - Heavy traffic: 48 hours - First contact with liquids: 7 days. Note: Applying the product in thicker layers and weather conditions significantly affect drying times.
