GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation, which entered into force on 25 May 2018, strengthens the rights of European Union citizens with regard to their personal data.  Your personal data will be processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner, based on the Consent in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR.

We will only process or use your data to the extent necessary to create your account, contact you, ensure the performance of our services, verify the validity of the information necessary to pay for a good or service.

The personal information provided on this form is stored in a computerised file and used exclusively for commercial purposes.

Storage of your data
The storage period for personal data collected is 3 years after the account is created if no orders are placed.

Right to delete your data

Protecting your data
During this period, we put in place all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, in order to prevent their damage, deletion or access by unauthorized third parties.

Access to your personal data is strictly limited to our staff (administrative, commercial accounting) and our sales representatives. Except as set out above, we will not sell, rent, lease, transfer or give access to your data to third parties without your prior consent, unless required to do so for a legitimate reason (legal obligation, fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of the rights of defence).

If you do not wish to receive our promotional offers or invitations by telephone, fax, post or e-mail, please let us know.
