IDENTIFICATION: Food-contact-safe anti-corrosion paint

Coating intended for food contact with alcoholic liquids < 20% (such as wine), aqueous and acidic foodstuffs (pH < 4.5), including fruit, vegetable, and fruit juices. Food-contact-safe anti-corrosion paint for iron and wood.

Internal protection for grape harvest bins, transfer tanks, pomace screws, and cones. For all other applications, consult our technical department. Helps control Critical Control Point 3 (CCP3 = presence of heavy metal residues: traces of rust and peeling paint).

DEPRO AGROFER VITI prevents contamination by iron oxides during grape transfers.

Surface preparation: The product must be applied to a sound, dry surface, free of rust, scale, and any loose material. DEPRO AGROFER VITI is ready to use. Stir thoroughly before use.

Application: By brush or roller: undiluted in 1 to 2 coats depending on the surface. By spray gun: dilute with 5 to 10% VITI THINNER.

Coverage: 7 to 9 m² per kg depending on the surface.

Note: Full cure time before use: 8 days. Rinse with clean water before coming into contact with grapes.
