IDENTIFICATION: Lactose-free food contact sealant

Flexible sealant for sealing drums, barrels, large containers, barrel doors, aseptic bungs. VOC free. 

New or renovation, additional sealing of drums, barrels, tanks, barrel doors. Barrel end protection, jable, chamfer, tin.

Application during manufacturing or in the cellars.

• Very good resistance in humid atmosphere.
• Excellent adhesion on even damp wood, stainless steel, concrete, polyesters.

Preparation of supports: the support must be clean and healthy. As part of renovation, remove all traces of the old product. Apply to areas where clearances are small (e<0.5 mm).

Apply using a spatula or putty knife then smooth afterward.

As part of the sealing of tank doors, check the correct conicity before use, an essential characteristic for obtaining a lasting seal.

In cold weather, heat the product for a few moments which will regain its malleable appearance.
