PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Protective and decorative resin for winery floors
Two-component polyurethane finishing resin designed to protect and decorate industrial floors already coated with a resin system, both indoors and outdoors.

High mechanical resistance (scratches, impacts, abrasion, peeling) and good chemical resistance.
Excellent resistance to sunlight, particularly UV rays; does not yellow when used outdoors.
Easy-to-apply resin; facilitates cleaning and maintenance due to the film’s non-porous nature.
Reduces the appearance of surface imperfections after drying.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE (See FT - Attached Documents): Protective and decorative resin for vineyard floors
Substrate preparation: The substrate must be clean, sound, dry, and free of any material that could impair the resin’s adhesion. During application, the substrate temperature must be above 5°C and at least 3°C above the dew point. The relative humidity on the surface and within the substrate must be less than 5%.
Mix Preparation: The system consists of two separate components: a resin (81.6% by weight) and a hardener (18.4% by weight). Pour the entire contents of the hardener into the resin and mix thoroughly using a mechanical mixer. Do not dilute the mixture. The pot life is 5 hours at 20°C.
Application: Apply one to two coats using a roller. Clean equipment with water. May be diluted with clean water up to 10% by weight after achieving a homogeneous base/hardener mixture.
Drying (20°C - 65% RH): Recoatable: minimum 6 hours to maximum 24 hours - Foot traffic: 24 hours - Heavy traffic (full curing) and contact with chemicals or cleaning products: 7 days.
