IDENTIFICATION: Barrel varnish - Barrel protection
Cooperage varnish intended for the protection and decoration of barrels and large containers. Chamfer protection and comb area. Food and health protection of all transit and handling equipment for aqueous, acidic and alcoholic food products.

Part of HACCP procedures. Microporous, allows the supports to retain their transfer characteristics. Good resistance in humid atmosphere.

Preparation of the support: the support must be clean, sound and dry, free of any non-adherent materials which could harm the performance of the coating. Mix well before use.
Application temperature: Minimum support temperature 7°C - Maximum support temperature 30°C.
Application: Single component, DEPRO CODALIM VERNIS is easily applied in 1 or 2 coats.
Application equipment: brush, roller, gun (5% dilution: DILUANT A VITI).
Drying at 20°C (at 65% RH): Dust free for 2 hours. Sec 4 to 5 h. Hard 24 hours.
Very easy maintenance: clean as soon as stains or other dirt appear.
Ferrous metals: wash, rinse and apply DEPRO CODALIM VERNIS directly.
New and old wood: sand down to healthy wood, remove dust.
Yield: 10 to 12 m²/l

Research and dosage of PFSAs. Certificate of use of a product in a wine environment. Research and measurement of PFSA compounds have not detected quantities of these contaminants.
