PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Three-component liquid recapper: epoxy resin + hardener + fillers. Filler designed to seal cracks, cavities and deformations in screeds. Fast curing (without shrinkage) allowing its recoverability during the day.
USES
Soil rehabilitation in wine-producing and wine-processing buildings.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Preparation of the support: DEPRO® SOLFIX F VITI should never be applied to a wet surface. The cracks to be filled will be cleaned, dusted and dried.
Substrate temperature: min. 5 °C; max. 30 °C
DEPRO® SOLFIX F VITI comprises a resin part (A) + a hardener part (B) + fillers (C).
Mixing ratio: 1 kg kit (base 0.340 kg + hardener 0.060 kg + loads 0.600 kg), and 3 kg kit (base 1.020 kg + hardener 0.180 kg + loads 1.800 kg).
Implementation: the mixture is mixed with a mechanical stirrer at low speed. First mix the resin part (A) with the hardener (B), then immediately add the quantity of filler (C) in order to obtain a perfectly homogeneous paste and continue to mix well. Scrape the sides and bottom of the can during mixing to avoid improper resin/hardener mixing and lumps.
Application: Gradually pour the contents of the can into the crack and level with a wide, flat squeegee. Wipe off excess product.
Cleaning of equipment: DILUANT CHOC Mixture life: 15 to 20 min at 20 °C.
Drying: after 10 to 12 hours of drying, cracks can be sanded and painted. Recoverable 12 hours.
The final hardness is obtained after 6 days.
DEPRO® SOLFIX F VITI allows you to fill in about:
8 linear m of cracking on 4 mm wide and 20 mm deep,
5 linear metres of cracking over 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep.
